Born and raised in The Bronx, Dario learned early the power of grit, creativity, and building something from nothing. His career began in New York’s fashion industry, where he discovered how bold thinking and precise execution can bring visionary concepts to life. That same drive carried through roles in publishing, operations, and tech, where Dario solved complex challenges and cultivated a passion for transforming ideas into meaningful impact.
What began as a vision to build luxury technology for the fashion world evolved into something far greater—a mission to redefine how opportunity is created and shared. Today, Dario is focused on building technology that opens doors for underrepresented talent and helps startups design more inclusive teams. His work is guided by a simple belief: the future of tech isn’t just about innovation—it’s about access, equity, and reimagining who gets to shape what comes next.
